In this final Yin practice, we weave together everything you've learned : mind, heart, and body into a lived experience of unity. Grounded in Hermetic philosophy's principle of "as above, so below," this class explores the Four Planes of Reality, guiding you to feel the interconnection between all aspects of your being. Through full-body Yin postures that honour every system, you'll sense the boundaries between "you" and "everything else" begin to soften. This is oneness, not as a concept, but as a feeling. As separation dissolves in each held pose, you'll discover what it means to be whole, connected, and complete. What you'll need: Yoga mat, 2-3 blocks (or books), bolster or pillows, blanket, comfortable clothing Props ready, intention set, unity waiting. Let's remember what wholeness feels like.
